I ate something really bad last night.. I always make bad choices if I don't have an afternoon snack... I ate fries and half a chicken fried steak!!!
But hopefully my crossfit WOD cancelled the meal..

Zach my instructor said it should 125 for me, I told him he was awesome for thinking that was my weight.. I lifted the lowest of my class. I hurt my back months ago, and wanted to start low.. next time I will do 65-70 lbs...
