Rest day!

its a rest day for exercise, but not for my food choices!

I am glad because I am so sore from yesterday's crossfit WOD.. but I think I finally getting over my sugar/flour cravings.. I remember I tried this before getting pregnant with Roman.. and it took a week to get through the withdrawal of no bad sugar/flour... so I remember if I can make it another few days I will be ok.. that way I can get to my goal of 125 lbs faster...then I can have whatever I want in moderation with exercise... I weighed myself today and have lost 2 lbs already! I will not reveal my starting weight... its really bad!
I know planks are really good for toning up your core section, but I hate them! check out the picture below.. can you spot me?
