I am going to be sore!

Today's Crossfit Workout of the Day was intense! I used a women's barbell (35 lbs) and had to stop a couple of times to rest each round of lunges.. have to work on my push ups! my goal next time is to power thru! I have no problem doing squats...

30 Meter Overhead Barbell Lunges
15 Push-ups
30 Meter Overhead Barbell Lunges
25 Squats

I am doing well on day 2 of my focused zone approach to eating. I am not calling it a diet. for the past two days I haven't eaten any flour or sweets (except fruit)....
